About Us: CYL Sauna Studio is dedicated to providing exceptional infrared sauna experiences to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Studio Manager. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. • Manage and schedule staff, including Sweat Techs, to ensure adequate coverage. • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization to uphold our high standards. • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. • Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates and community outreach. • Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with studio policies and procedures. • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting. • Engage in community networking to promote the studio and foster relationships with local businesses and organizations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a wellness or fitness environment. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software. • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
