About Us: CYL Sauna Studio offers state-of-the-art infrared sauna sessions that promote relaxation, detoxification, and overall well-being. Join our dynamic team and be part of the heat! Responsibilities: • Greet and check-in clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Explain the benefits and features of infrared sauna therapy. • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including sauna rooms. • Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have during their visit. • Schedule appointments and manage client bookings. • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of sauna equipment. • Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times. • Perform opening and closing duties as required. • Participate in community networking events to promote the studio and build client relationships. Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Basic computer skills for managing bookings and client information. • Previous experience in a wellness or fitness setting is a plus. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
